In the matlab command window, type:
>> mascoi
then you will be asked to select the t-map. SPM stores the t-map in a file named spmT_####.img, where #### refers to the number of the contrast. If you have defined only one contrast during the SPM analysis, the filename will be spmT_0002.img. After you have selected the t-map, MASCOI will load the corresponding contrast automatically (file: con_####.img) and the main window will be shown:
